Diagnostics

We offer in house laboratory testing, digital radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy.  This equipment helps us to quickly and accurately diagnose disease in our patients so that appropriate and timely treatment can be given.  We also utilize board certified radiologists, internists, and cardiologists to help us to further pinpoint difficult to diagnose diseases. Our on-site laboratory provides rapid results for the following tests:

• Infectious disease: heartworm, ehrlichia, lyme disease, anaplasma, feline leukemia, feline immunodeficiency (feline "AIDS")
• Intestinal parasites: roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, coccidia, giardia
• Complete blood count
• Chemistry panel
• Urinalysis
• Cytology

We also provide on-site diagnostic imaging to include:

• Radiography (X-rays) with state of the art digital system
• Ultrasound including pregnancy tests
• Endoscopy
• Echocardiography (heart ultrasound)
